Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Customer Service Staff (English & Mandarin Speaker) for our client, a global textile manufacturer in Pasuruan. You will ensure orders and samples are processed accurately, handle inquiries and complaints within agreed timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to support sales growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, fluent English, and Mandarin at least HSK 3–4.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, process and confirm customer orders and sample requests in SAP.
• Monitor orders and follow up on urgent orders and delayed deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, goods replacement, and technical issues.
• Manage customer complaints by coordinating investigations, arranging replacements or compensation, and following up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, billing, and delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and support sales growth through upselling, product substitutions, and promotional offers.
• Provide product selection guidance and support new customer training.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/buyers.
