Job summary

PT PANAKOR LOGISTICS INDONESIA is seeking a proactive logistics professional to support customer inquiries, coordinate import-export shipments, and follow up on bookings. You will negotiate rates with carriers and prepare quotations for customers and overseas agents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in logistics or freight forwarding, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Export & Import.
• Fluent in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Understand import-export shipment and INCOTERMS.
• Source and negotiate rate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, vendors management.
• Prepare and send quotations/offers to customers and overseas agents, follow up on bookings & shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and overseas agents.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the shipment process.
• Work closely with Operation and Accounting.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)

• Good understanding of Export & Import procedures and documentation
• Able to prepare and negotiate freight quotations for customers and overseas agents
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Korean language skills are a plus
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
