Job summary

PT Bahari Eka Nusantara (Ben Line Agencies) in Jakarta is seeking a logistics professional to handle customer inquiries about shipments and deliver fast, effective solutions. You will build strong relationships with customers and carriers, coordinate import/export activities, and manage document preparation and reporting related to import operations.

• Requires a bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• PPJK certificate is a plus.
• Familiarity with export and import transportation and forwarding services.
• Strong knowledge of export and import customs regulations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about their shipment.
• Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers.

• Resolve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.

• 8. Expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
• 9. Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on import activities to customers.
• 10. Coordinate with agents related to import and forwarding activities.
• 11. Good decision making and problem solve skill.
• 12. Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
• 13. Resolve customers problem related export and import clearance
