Job summary

PT Kintetsu World Express Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Forwarding (Sea Export) professional to coordinate with overseas contacts, forwarders and consignees to ensure smooth shipment movements.

The candidate should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree, possess strong English communication skills, and be available to start as soon as possible. Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
