Job summary

PT OOCLS Logistics Indonesia seeks an Export Administrator in Semarang to manage end-to-end export operations (Sea & Air), prepare critical documents, and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will have at least 2 years in logistics/export, strong English, and good communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team to ensure seamless international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding, especially Export (Sea & Air).
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export operations (Sea & Air), including documentation and administration.
• Prepare and manage export documents (Shipping Instruction, BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment schedule and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure all processes comply with company procedures and regulations.
• Provide regular updates on shipment status to customers.
