Job summary

Coway is seeking a diligent Customer Service/Operations Administrator to support end-to-end service processes, installation scheduling, and daily branch administration in Jakarta. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, cash handling, and coordination with technicians to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have a background in communication, strong interpersonal skills, and at least one year in customer service, with English as a plus and willingness to be based in Cengkareng, Jakarta

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in communication major or related fields.
• End-to-end operational process and customer service understanding.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to confirm installation appointments.
• Verify customer information and prepare installation documents.
• Process and maintain service administration (After Service, Product Replacement, and Product Exchange).
• Update service records and documentation in the system.
• Manage petty cash and process operational expenses, including technician claims.
• Coordinate office and facility maintenance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, including vehicle, claim, cost, and expenditure reports.
• Support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth branch operations.

Job Requirement:

Good understanding in administration, document & petty cash management

Good interpersonal, communication skills, and attitude

Able to speak in English is preferable

Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat
