Job summary

PT Coway International Indonesia Bandung branch is seeking a diligent administrator to support installation coordination, service administration, and daily branch operations across multiple tasks.

The role involves coordinating with customers, maintaining records, handling petty cash, preparing reports, and assisting with office and facility needs. English is preferred, and placement is at Ciparay, Bandung.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in communication major is preferable.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end operational processes and customer service.
• Proven customer service experience at least 1 year.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of administrative tasks, documents & petty cash.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to speak English is preferable.
• Willing to be placed in Coway Bandung branch located in Ciparay, Bandung.
