Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce CRM, or Customer Engagement.
• Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM campaign data to identify insights and recommend improvements to campaign performance, customer targeting, and communication.
• Develop CRM and customer lifecycle plans based on customer insights and business goals to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales.
• Develop customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies across CRM channels to deliver relevant customer experiences.
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across promotional, retention, reactivation, loyalty, cross-selling, upselling, and abandoned cart programs.
• Manage CRM automation, customer journey flows, campaign targeting, schedules, and assets for timely, accurate execution.
• Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance, engagement metrics, data quality, and campaign delivery to achieve targets.
• Manage e-commerce contact center operations in line with service standards and targets.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support goals.
• Monitor budgets for influencer, community, and marketing activities, and CRM development.
