Job summary

Arya Noble invites driven professionals to join our dynamic team as an Affiliate Manager. You will identify and recruit affiliates across digital platforms, manage creator partnerships, and optimize campaigns to drive growth for our leading DermaBeauty brands in Indonesia.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing and 1–2 years in affiliate management or influencer marketing, with strong digital advertising skills and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate management, KOL/creator management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in affiliate management, product marketing, and digital advertising/paid media.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map potential affiliates and creators across digital platforms, online communities, creator networks (MCNs), and other acquisition channels based on brand, campaign, and product requirements.
• Analyze affiliate recruitment, content, and performance trends to identify potential creators, niche opportunities, and affiliate activation priorities that support campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including content activity, GMV contribution, engagement, campaign participation, and first transaction achievement, to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and priority affiliates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational effectiveness and business objectives.
• Manage the affiliate onboarding process, including outreach, partnership communication, campaign briefing, onboarding documentation, and initial activation to ensure affiliates are ready to participate in campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates regarding campaigns, promotional programs, product information, content guidelines, operational inquiries, and collaboration updates.
• Develop and maintain affiliate engagement through community activities, webinars, WhatsApp groups, and one-on-one communication to encourage consistent content creation and selling activities.
• Provide affiliates with performance feedback, content recommendations, winning content references, hooks, scripts, and best practices to improve content effectiveness and sales performance.
