Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a CRM Marketing Lead in Jakarta to design, implement, and optimize CRM programs that engage guests and boost retention. You will craft content, manage triggers, and drive personalized campaigns across channels.

You will own all CRM KPIs, collaborate with marketing, product and data teams, and translate campaign performance into actionable insights for the business. Strong communication and a solid online marketing background are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Netcore and MailChimp.
• Understanding of online marketing strategy including audience targeting and CRO.
• Strong communication to report campaign performance to stakeholders.
