Job summary

PT Emas Pandai Indonesia is seeking a junior CRM/Marketing assistant to support campaigns and reporting. You will help design and execute CRM initiatives via MoEngage, segment users, and track key metrics under guidance.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates in Management or Digital Business who are eager to learn, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to new tools in a fast-paced environment in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from Management, Digital Business, or related fields are welcome.
• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional work.
• Quick learner able to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns via MoEngage (Push, Email, WhatsApp).
• Assist with user segmentation based on campaign requirements and business unit needs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and basic insights (Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Conversions).
• Support CRM processes to improve customer engagement, first transactions, repeat transactions, and retention.
