Job summary

ABC Cooking Studio Indonesia is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to support the PIK area. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and members, and manage and optimize customer databases while delivering timely support.

You will also qualify leads, assist sales and marketing campaigns, and collaborate on promotional materials. Chinese language ability and hospitality background are a plus as we strive to improve service quality across our community.
