Jubelio is seeking a skilled Training and Onboarding Specialist to educate and guide sellers and partners on the Jubelio platform. You will manage onboarding, maintain customer relationships, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth deployment.

The role involves coordinating training schedules, evaluating onboarding effectiveness, and suggesting improvements while delivering excellent customer service across technical and non-technical questions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Diploma level education is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Implementer, Trainer, Customer Onboarding or related role.
• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for training and onboarding sellers and partners to the Jubelio platform and ensuring that the process is smooth and successful.
• Maintain relationships with customers and help customers solve technical and non-technical problems.
• Raise and resolve technical issues and ensure that resolve times in the onboarding process remain at their best.
• Perform daily follow-up to customers regarding the onboarding process, and provide the necessary support during and after the onboarding process.
• Organize customer schedules for training.
• Determine and evaluate the effectiveness of the entire training and onboarding process and suggest improvements to the process.
