Job summary

TP Health is hiring a Customer Expert (Spanish Speaker) for our Bali team. Excellent Spanish and English communication are required to deliver timely customer support across chat, email, and voice channels. The role involves handling basic technical issues with provided scripts, meeting KPIs, and collaborating to enhance customer experience.

Candidates should be prepared for shifting schedules, including weekends and nights, and relocate to Bali if needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree from any major; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule, including weekends and night shifts.
• Fast learner and able to work across multiple channels (email, chat, voice).
• Strong or fluent Spanish communication skills (written & verbal).
• Intermediate level of English is acceptable.
• Preferably able to type at least 50 WPM.
• Willing to work fully onsite and relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
