Job summary

Ruangguru in Palembang is seeking a proactive Sales & Student Success associate to monitor learning progress, engage students, and support the Academic Team with timely updates.

You will build relationships, motivate learners, and help students reach their goals while contributing to sales and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 education in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, or related fields. Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
