Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or business.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales and operation plan and Master production Schedules.
• Input customer schedules into the system and resolve integration errors.
• Release picking lists for customer deliveries when required.
• Monitor safety stock levels and alert when min/max levels are reached.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate accurate information to customer contacts regularly.
• Escalate issues through Logistics Red Alert when required.
