Job summary

PT Meritar Supply Chain is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Coordinator to join our logistics team in Karawang. The role focuses on coordinating daily logistics operations, understanding customer requirements, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely service.

You will work closely with automotive logistics and KD parts management, requiring strong Mandarin communication and cultural understanding of Chinese business practices. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (speaking, reading, writing) required.
• Experience in automotive logistics, KD parts, or customer coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand Chinese working culture and practices.
• Based in KIM, East Karawang; willing to join ASAP.
