Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking a proactive daily administrator to support the Manager in Karawang. You will handle Mandarin-based communications and translate as needed, with strong MS Office data processing skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, and ad hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality and high integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in any major required.
• Mandarin language capability in conversation, reading, and writing.
• Data processing skills using MS Office.
• Self-driven, motivated, high integrity and responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in Karawang.

• Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other admin tasks.
• Maintain documentation and handle confidential information.
• Support ad hoc projects from the Manager.

Job description

Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Manager.

Assist with verbal and written communication in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English.

Translate documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.

Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking partners.

Prepare reports, analyze data, and create presentations using Microsoft Office.

Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.

Support ad hoc projects and other assignments from the Manager.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree from any major.

Candidate MUST have capability in MANDARIN languages both conversation, reading & writing

Skilled at data processing using Ms. Office.

Self driven, motivated, High Integrity & responsibility

Have a good communication skill

Willing to work in Karawang
