PT Native Mind Indonesia in Bali seeks a Culinary Recruitment Supervisor to lead end-to-end recruitment for culinary and F&B roles. You will develop strategies, screenCVs, conduct interviews, and collaborate with kitchen and HR teams to meet hiring needs.
The role requires 3+ years in recruitment, Bali residency, and strong sourcing across channels. You will build a culinary talent pool, map market trends, and drive time-to-hire improvements in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR, preferably within the F&B, Culinary, Hospitality, Retail, or Food Service industry.
Proven experience recruiting Culinary and F&B positions, such as Chef, Sous Chef, CDP, Demi Chef, Cook, Baker, Pastry Chef, Kitchen Staff, and Steward.
Must be currently residing in Bali and have a strong understanding of the local culinary and hospitality talent market.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offering, and onboarding.
Strong candidate sourcing skills through job portals, social media, professional networks, communities, recruitment events, and direct sourcing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to conduct job fairs, recruitment events, campus hiring, and direct talent sourcing when required.
Candidates currently residing in Bali are highly preferred.
Candidates who are available to join immediately or at short notice will be highly prioritized.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Culinary and F&B positions based on business and operational requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and secure qualified culinary talents.
Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, competency-based interviews, assessments, reference checks, and candidate evaluations.
Work closely with Culinary Management, Head Chefs, Kitchen Managers, Operations, and HR to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain a strong culinary talent pool and candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Establish and maintain recruitment networks with culinary schools, hospitality institutions, professional communities, and industry talent across Bali.
Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed SLA and recruitment targets.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates, including pipeline status, challenges, and hiring progress.
Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify candidate availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends within Bali's culinary and F&B industry.
Identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's attractiveness to culinary professionals.
Supervise, coach, and support Recruitment Staff/Recruiters in delivering culinary recruitment targets.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable employment regulations.
