Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Cook Commis 1 or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to prepare both Indonesian and international cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene procedures.
• Experience in operating commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System within the department.
• Foster commitment to adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Participate in investigations of accidents or incidents with accurate reports.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company information assets.
