Dijiwa Sanctuaries’ The Wana Desa Tanah Lot in Bali is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to help craft authentic Indonesian and Western dishes. You will work with a talented culinary team to ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality while upholding stringent health and safety standards.

You will follow established recipes, maintain cleanliness, and assist during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handling certification preferred.
• Basic English proficiency advantageous.
• Culinary training programs from recognized institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstation, adhering to health protocols.
• Collaborate with Chef de Partie and kitchen team during service (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Ensure plates meet taste, presentation and quality expectations.
• Deliver consistent dishes during busy service periods to contribute to guest satisfaction.
