Job summary

Danone in Jakarta seeks a CS Excellence Main Distributor & E-Commerce professional to drive customer service excellence, optimize distributor operations, and improve sales and supply chain performance through planning, reporting, and KPI monitoring.

You will manage CSLs for Primary and Secondary Sales, oversee distributor processes including orders and inventory, evaluate KPI performance, and develop dashboards that provide accurate insights for cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve Customer Service Levels (CSL) for Primary and Secondary Sales.
• Oversee distributor processes including Distributor Purchase Orders, demand pipelining, Phase-In/Phase-Out and relaunch activities, stock allocation and inventory monitoring.

The CS Excellence Main Distributor & E-Commerce role is responsible for driving customer service excellence, optimizing distributor operations, and ensuring effective sales and supply chain performance through the management of service levels, planning processes, distributor performance, and reporting. Key responsibilities include
