Job summary

Danone in Jakarta seeks a CS Excellence Main Distributor & E-Commerce professional to drive customer service excellence, optimize distributor operations, and improve sales and supply chain performance through planning, reporting, and KPI monitoring.

You will manage CSLs for Primary and Secondary Sales, oversee distributor processes including orders and inventory, evaluate KPI performance, and develop dashboards that provide accurate insights for cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve Customer Service Levels (CSL) for Primary and Secondary Sales.
• Oversee distributor processes including Distributor Purchase Orders, demand pipelining, Phase-In/Phase-Out and relaunch activities, stock allocation and inventory monitoring.
• Manage and evaluate Distributor KPI performance; identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop, maintain and analyze Customer Service reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
