Bali Floating Company is seeking a versatile Cross-trained Supervisor to provide coverage for Shift Supervisor, Customer Concierge, and Office Admin, and to manage operations independently when required. Responsibilities

• Cover Customer Concierge – 2 days/week
• Cover Office Admin – 1 day/week
• Handle special projects / operational support – 1 day/week
• Delegate tasks and manage team priorities.
• Handle routine operational and customer issues independently.
• Make operational decisions with the same authority as the Shift Supervisor when covering the SS role.
• Escalate major or sensitive issues to the Senior Operations Manager.
