Job summary

CV Bali Midori Transport in Bali is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments. You will lead teams, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic hospitality and transport context.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in Hospitality, Villa Management, Property Management, or Tour & Travel industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and operational planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational SOPs and workflows.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams across departments.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.
• Analyze operational performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
• Ensure company operations comply with internal policies and standards.
