Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect Lead to design practical, secure, and scalable solutions for our clients.

This role will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, map their needs, and translate them into the right technical solutions. You will also collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure each solution is feasible and aligned with client goals.

You will work with around 70% global clients and 30% local clients, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery sessions to understand business and technical needs.

Design scalable and secure solution architectures.

Recommend suitable software and hardware solutions.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders across executive, management, and engineering levels.

Work with Product and Engineering teams during implementation.

Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and scalability standards.

Prepare solution documentation and client proposals.

Requirements

7 - 10 years of engineering experience

Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree

3 years in customer facing roles

Ability to learn very quickly from software to hardware

Worked with clients outside of Indonesia

Can write basic to intermediate level code, ideally did hands-on system integration work as a technical leader or wrote code as a software engineer in a product company.
