Zusammenfassung

Sampoerna University is seeking a senior CRM recruitment operations professional to optimize student journeys, drive data-informed recruitment, and coordinate multi-channel engagement across admissions and analytics. You will convert records into actionable insights, enforce timely follow-ups, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve enrollment outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree (or equivalent), 7+ years in CRM/recruitment analytics, and strong SQL/CRM tooling

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in CRM, recruitment operations, analytics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading workflows, analysis, or cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Experience in higher education or another high-consideration service environment preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in CRM reporting, advanced spreadsheet analysis, dashboard development, and cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL or equivalent data skills strongly desirable.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear operational decisions and actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Experience with CRM software, data management, SharePoint, and event management.

Aufgaben

• Own the student-journey operating model with approved definitions and timelines.
• Convert records into advisor-ready insights on interests, intake, learning preferences and support needs.
• Enforce recruitment follow-through with action-oriented ownership and deadlines.
• Diagnose barriers and coordinate intervention across academics, testing/support, and Finance/Admissions.
• Produce actionable recruitment intelligence with enrollment forecasts and recommended decisions.
• Govern omnichannel engagement by coordinating Qiscus, SurveyMonkey, and CRM records.
• Maintain reliable, ethical data with consent and data-quality controls.
• Improve quality and capability by coaching supervisors and documenting lessons.
