Job summary

Sampoerna University is seeking a Student Recruitment Officer (Education Consultant) to represent the university at recruitment events and build partnerships with high schools. You will present admissions information, guide prospective students, and help drive lead generation and conversions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in sales/marketing, and fluent English. Some experience with the USA education system is preferred; based in Jakarta with an on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3-5 years experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in education consulting and USA education system preferred.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sampoerna University at internal and external recruitment events (Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc.).
• Build relationships with selected target high schools through principals or counselors to reach prospective students and parents.
• Deliver high quality presentations and provide accurate information, guidance to prospective students.
• Work with Student Recruitment Manager to identify market and develop recruitment strategy for leads and conversions.
• Input student data and applications; update status daily and weekly.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and related departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and admitted students.
