The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in CRM or customer engagement, strong data skills, and experience with CRM platforms. The position emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Sales teams and offers growth within a dynamic fashion company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Loyalty, Digital Marketing, or Customer Engagement.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiar with CRM platforms, customer databases, and campaign management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; data visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchases.
• Manage and maintain customer databases with accurate segmentation.
• Create segmentation based on purchase behavior, demographics, and engagement.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Monitor performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Sales teams on customer-focused initiatives.
• Manage and optimize loyalty or membership programs.
• Prepare regular CRM reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion through data-driven initiatives.
