Job summary

Kyndryl Indonesia is seeking an L2 Electrical / HVAC Engineer to maintain reliable operation of AI data center cooling infrastructure, focusing on CDU and secondary loops. You will monitor temperature, flow, and leak alarms, coordinate with L1 technicians and OEMs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a demanding, on-site environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in mission-critical HVAC systems, with strong knowledge of chillers, pumps, BMS controls, and P&IDs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining mission-critical HVAC/cooling systems.
Experience with liquid cooling systems, CDUs, and high-density environments is desirable.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and BMS alarms/trends.

Responsibilities

Monitor, operate, and maintain critical electrical and HVAC systems in a 24×7 AI Data Center.
Provide operational coverage for shift engineers and facility operations teams.
Support UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and cooling units.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response.
Monitor facility performance via BMS/DCIM platforms and respond to alarms.
Ensure compliance with procedures and uptime requirements.
