Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team.
• Prepare and make crêpes according to our recipes and standards.
• Keep the counter and work area clean and organized.
• Check on guests and make sure they are happy with their experience.
• Recommend menu items, drinks, and add-ons when appropriate.
• Politely encourage satisfied guests to leave a genuine Google review.
• Follow daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Work as part of a positive and supportive team.
