Qualifications

• Experience as a Cashier or in hospitality
• Proficiency with POS and cash handling
• Strong numerical skills and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honesty, integrity with cash handling
• Multitasking and prioritisation
• Fluency in English; Indonesian or Mandarin advantageous
• Positive attitude and guest satisfaction
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays

Responsabilités

• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handle guest payments, provide change, and issue receipts professionally
• Maintain accurate cash registers and reconcile daily cash drawers
• Verify pricing and product details before completing transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, and services
• Maintain a clean, organised checkout area reflecting high standards
• Process refunds and exchanges per hotel policies
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions or payments
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with team during busy periods
• Uphold security protocols and protect guest information and payment data
