Qualifications

• Design daily and monthly Sales Activity Plan as guidance for SPT achievement.
• Proactively seek potential debtors to achieve business targets.
• Provide financial consulting for potential and existing debtors by identifying needs and offering products.
• Run credit activities from preparation, call report, credit proposal, approval, to loan administration.
• Determine debtor's ability to pay by analyzing debtor loan information including business prospects, management, ownership, and cash flow.
• Ensure collectability of debt remains healthy by monitoring payment obligations.
• Do early recognition watchlist for each debtor and inform the manager when needed.

Responsibilities
