Job summary

TikTok is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate intern to support the Creator or Agency Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies with performance tracking and reporting.

You will assist creators to optimize content, grow audiences, and monetize, while participating in events and coordinating with agencies to enhance creator operations and content diversity. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and fluency in English; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creator or Agency Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies through performance tracking, insight generation, and operational reporting.
• Assist in creator or agency management by providing guidance to help creators optimize content, grow audiences, and enhance monetization.
• Participate in event planning and reward operations, ensuring smooth execution and data-backed evaluation.
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to enhance creator operations and content diversity.
• Conduct research on creator trends, market insights, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Support VIP and top creator operations through on-call coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
