The role demands strong commercial judgment, data‑driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and hands‑on leadership to turn insights into action for priority creators, brands, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-Commerce or affiliate marketing
• Experience leading a team or cross-functional portfolios
• Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce, affiliate, creator and livestream ecosystems
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead creator-tier progression and livestream performance for Top Creator portfolio
• Develop portfolio strategies across categories and performance tiers
• Identify high-potential creators and plan progression
• Monitor creator performance and implement corrective action
• Improve productivity via livestreams, traffic, and content optimization
• Connect Top Creators with brands, merchants, and hero products
• Secure competitive offerings and campaign support with Industry and Account Management
• Develop partnership programs for priority creators
• Define commercial requirements, incentives, and governance
• Evaluate growth against benchmarks
• Convert data into insights for senior management
