Job summary

Düllberg Konzentra GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to drive APAC marketing in Indonesia from Alam Sutera, Tangerang. You will develop creative concepts for fragrances and personal care segments and support launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring a marketing degree, 2+ years in marketing, strong English and Indonesian, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and digital tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a comparable field.
• At least two years of professional experience in marketing.
• Very good written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt APAC marketing plans for the Indonesian market.
• Develop creative marketing concepts for the Fine Fragrance, Fabric & Home Care, and Personal Care segments.
• Support product launches, customer promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing materials, customer presentations, newsletters and other communication tools.
• Research market developments, fragrance trends and consumer preferences.
• Conduct competitor analyses and translate findings into marketing insights.
• Support campaign planning, forecasting and evaluation of marketing activities.
• Assist the Commercial Team during customer meetings and contribute to presentations.

Creative Marketing Specialist

Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia

What You Can Expect:

• Implement and adapt APAC marketing plans for the Indonesian market
• Develop creative marketing concepts for the Fine Fragrance, Fabric & Home Care, and Personal Care segments
• Support product launches, customer promotions and marketing campaigns
• Create marketing materials, customer presentations, newsletters and other communication tools
• Research market developments, fragrance trends and consumer preferences
• Conduct competitor analyses and translate the findings into relevant marketing insights
• Support campaign planning, forecasting and the evaluation of marketing activities
• Assist the Commercial Team during customer meetings and contribute to the preparation and delivery of presentations
• Collaborate closely with Evaluation, R&D, Sales and other departments
• Report directly to the Director APAC

What You Bring:

• A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a comparable field
• At least two years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the fragrance, cosmetics, personal care or consumer goods industry
• A good understanding of fragrance trends, consumer preferences and local market dynamics
• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
• Experience in developing presentations and marketing materials
• A structured, independent and proactive approach to work
• Confidence in working with different departments and international teams
• Very good written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools is an advantage
