Job summary

Eurofragance is seeking a sales professional to lead the Indonesian market. You will oversee sales and commercial operations, build partnerships with current customers and add new ones to drive sustainable growth in Indonesia.

Based in Jakarta, you will set targets, analyze markets, manage pricing, and coordinate with Creative and Marketing to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. English proficiency and fragrance industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in sales as a Key Account Manager for fragrances.
• Strong experience in fragrance industry or similar.
• Must be autonomous and proactive.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and propose plans to develop business and reach sales targets.
• Set sales targets and develop new business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.
• Manage existing clients and prospect new ones in the area of responsibility.
• Conduct market research, contact potential customers and build effective relationships.
• Keep up to date on market products and competitors' launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Fragrance Development & Marketing) to align on projects.
• Present projects internally and ensure production processes deliver on time.
• Manage pricing for the client portfolio and address inquiries.

What's your mission?

This role will be responsible for overseeing the sales and commercial operations of Eurofragance, building partnership with current customers and adding new ones to the portfolio to ensure sustainable growth in Indonesia.

Here’s what you'll be rocking every day

• Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
• Setting sales target and develop new Business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.
• Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones on the area of responsibility.
• Work on a market research, contacting potential new customers and establishing effective work relations.
• Keep up to date on market products and competitors new launches.
• Close interaction with internal departments such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development & Marketing.
• Presenting projects internally and follow up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.
• Managing pricing for whole client’s portfolio, responsible to solve client enquiries and advise them on their needs.

What you need to shine in this role

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, working as a Key Account Manager for Fragrances.
• Bring strong experience in sales within fragrance industry or similar.
• Result oriented, able to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Proactive and resourceful, ready to receive and contact new clients.
• Effective communication in English.
