Job summary

Scanjet Group in Batam is seeking a Creative Designer - Sales to create and maintain clear, accurate, and visually engaging documentation for software products, projects, and services.

You will collaborate with technical writers, engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to transform technical information into user-friendly materials, including user manuals, tutorials, FAQs, online help, and release notes.

Qualifications

• Placement in Batam
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
• Graduated from Bachelor's Degree / Diploma IV in Multimedia, Design, or related field
• Document structuring, clear layout, visual hierarchy, and readable usability
• Able to work independently, own deliverables, seek feedback when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in Adobe Creator Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Video editing)
• Understanding of AutoCAD 2D & 3D is an advantage

About the role

As a Creative Designer - Sales, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and visually engaging documentation for software products, projects, and services. You will collaborate with technical writers, engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to transform technical information into user-friendly materials, including user manuals, tutorials, FAQs, online help, and release notes.

This role also supports marketing and after-sales activities through graphic design, service documentation, and creative content development. You will ensure that all documents follow established standards and maintain consistency, accuracy, readability, and usability for the target audience.

• Help to create and maintain documentation for a software product, project, or service.
• Work with technical writers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to gather information, write clear and concise instructions, and format the documents according to the standards and guidelines.
• Use documentation tools and software to create user manuals, online help, FAQs, release notes, and other types of documentation.
• Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Apply best practices of technical writing and documentation design to ensure quality and usability of the documentation.
• Support Marketing activities, graphic support.

What we're looking for

• Placement in Batam
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
• At least graduated from Bachelor's Degree / Diploma IV in Multimedia, Design, or related field.
• Document structuring, creating clear layout, visual hierarchy, and user-friendly readability with attention to consistency and usability.
• Able to work independently, taking ownership of deliverables, progressing work based on available inputs, and actively seeking feedback when needed.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have a good skill in Adobe Creator Suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, & Editing Videos)
• Understanding in Auto CAD 2D & 3D will be advantage
