Job summary

PT Indocyber Global Teknologi seeks a proactive Technical Writer to produce user guides, API documentation, manuals, and online help content. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation and collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, excellent English writing skills, and experience with MadCap Flare,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical writing related field.
• Experience as Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, Word).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus and ability to work with engineers.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Has experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role (Freshgrade are welcome to apply).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, Microsoft Word, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with software development processes (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
• Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across documentation.
• Experience creating user guides, API documentation, manuals, and online help content.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Markdown is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
