We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our growing team in Batam.

As a Product Designer, you will shape the visual identity and user experience of our products across web, Android, and iOS. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to turn ideas into intuitive, polished interfaces that solve real user problems.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Translate business and user requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Design intuitive and visually polished interfaces for web, Android, and iOS.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and continuously improve the user experience.
• Develop concepts, graphical assets, and design solutions from ideation to implementation.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Define and maintain the product design system.
• Test functionality and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Improve existing products and identify opportunities for new product experiences.
• Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate visual explorations, draft copy, and streamline repetitive design tasks.
• Work with product and engineering teams to thoughtfully integrate AI-powered features where they provide genuine user value.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently get things done.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sense of design aesthetics, including layout, colour, typography, and user experience.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces and digital products.
• Strong UI design skills with a compelling portfolio.
• Extensive experience creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design, prototyping, and wireframing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Comfortable using Notion for project management, documentation, and collaboration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly passionate and detail-oriented—you notice even the smallest design inconsistencies.
• Max Budget: 14,000,000/ month (net)
