Job summary

Scanjet Group in Batam is seeking a Creative Designer - Sales to create and maintain clear, accurate, and visually engaging documentation for software products, projects, and services.

You will collaborate with technical writers, engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to transform technical information into user-friendly materials, including user manuals, tutorials, FAQs, online help, and release notes.

Qualifications

• Placement in Batam
• Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must
• Graduated from Bachelor's Degree / Diploma IV in Multimedia, Design, or related field
• Document structuring, clear layout, visual hierarchy, and readable usability
• Able to work independently, own deliverables, seek feedback when needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong skills in Adobe Creator Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Video editing)
• Understanding of AutoCAD 2D & 3D is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Help to create and maintain documentation for a software product, project, or service.
• Collaborate with writers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to gather information and format documents.
• Use documentation tools to create user manuals, online help, FAQs, release notes, and other docs.
• Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Apply best practices of technical writing and documentation design for quality and usability.
• Support Marketing activities, graphic support.
