Job summary

UOB Indonesia, a leading banking group, seeks a seasoned finance leader to head the CPP & Retail Banking Consolidation Business Finance Team. You will deliver comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for CPP and consolidation reporting for Retail Banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial planning experience in banking, with at least 2 in leadership.
Strong understanding of banking products (Unsecured) and business channels.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team.
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial performance for CPP business.
Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes for CPP revenues, expenses, and profitability.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within CPP business, providing actionable recommendations to management.
Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
Collaborate with business heads and managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support.
Drive cost efficiency initiatives and profit improvement strategies on CPP.
Ensure compliance with UOB's financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to new product development and expansion initiatives.
Continuously seek to improve financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
