This role ensures robust financial insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize product & segment profitability. --- Job Responsibilities \* Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews. \* Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial performance for CPP business. \* Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes for CPP revenues, expenses, and profitability. \* Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within CPP business, providing actionable recommendations to management. \* Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances. \* Collaborate with business heads and managers to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial support. \* Drive cost efficiency initiatives and profit improvement strategies on CPP. \* Ensure compliance with UOB's financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. \* Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to new product development and expansion initiatives. \* Continuously seek to improve financial processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. --- Job Qualifications \* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
