Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Plaza branch to lead sales, operations, customer service and team performance. The role focuses on achieving business objectives while ensuring compliance and service excellence across daily branch activities.

You will drive sales targets for loans, deposits and wealth management, oversee staff development, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in retail banking with 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for loans, deposits, and wealth management.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of branch staff with coaching, training and evaluations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, including corporate and individual clients.
• Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure a high level of customer service quality and experience.
• Manage operational risks and compliance within the branch.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Job Summary**

Job Qualifications**
