Job summary

EF EFEKTA English for Adults in Jakarta is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to identify new customers and partnership opportunities across B2C and B2B channels.

You will generate leads through networking, events, outreach, and market research, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to close deals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets is preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.
