You will lead project teams to deliver cost reductions and productivity improvements, manage plant cost accounting, and present monthly KPIs to Plant Managers.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or economics, at least 3 years' experience, and SAP ERP proficiency. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costing data and provide management recommendations.
• Lead project teams to drive cost reductions and productivity gains.
• Manage cost accounting, plant cost, and standard costs.
• Present monthly KPIs to Plant Managers.
• Review CAPEX proposals and consolidate financials.
• Analyze material purchase price, labor, and overhead rates in ERP.
• Compute COGM and COGS for monthly close and budgeting.
