Job summary

• Minimum education is D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of cost control experience in hospitality preferred.
• Understanding of inventory, purchasing, stock opname, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control hotel operational costs
• Examine purchases, receipts, usage, and expenditure of goods
• Conduct checks and reconciliation of data between Purchasing, Receiving, Store, and Finance
• Create periodic cost control reports and analyze cost variances
• Ensure the use of materials, especially F&B, complies with standards and identify potential waste
• Conduct stock opname and periodic inventory checks
• Ensure all transactions and supporting documents comply with company SOP
• Coordinate with relevant departments to improve cost efficiency

Cost Control responsible for controlling and monitoring hotel operational costs, ensuring the use of goods and expenditures are in accordance with budget and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and control hotel operational costs

Examine purchases, receipts, usage, and expenditure of goods

Conduct checks and reconciliation of data between Purchasing, Receiving, Store, and Finance

Create periodic cost control reports and analyze cost variances

Ensure the use of materials, especially F&B, complies with standards and identify potential waste

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Cost Control, preferably in hotel/hospitality industry

Understanding of inventory, purchasing, receiving, stock opname, and cost analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and possess integrity

Able to work independently and coordinate with various departments
