Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Cost Control professional with a strong background in accounting to join our energetic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Responsibilities

• Understands thoroughly Hyatt International objectives in Cost Control to provide an effective control and auditing system for the activities of the Accounting division.
• Provides summary reports of the costs required by the Accounting and Control division to prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Provides Heads of Departments with accurate cost information necessary to effectively manage and optimize departmental profitability.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Cost Control in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Experience with hotel financial systems such as Materials Control, SUN, or similar financial applications is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust and confidence.
• Has a solid background of working in a high-demand business environment.
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
