Job summary

PT PERDANA TRIMITRA LAKSANA is seeking a seasoned Cost Controller to manage annual budgeting and forecasting across departments and outlets in Jakarta. You will monitor variances, analyze costs, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel and financial reporting skills, with at least 5 years in cost control within F&B or multi-outlet environments. Collaboration with Finance, Ops, Procurement and other teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of cost control experience in F&B or multi-outlet businesses.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis capabilities.

Manage annual budgeting and forecasting across all departments and outlets.

Monitor budget realization, analyze cost variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Control and evaluate operational expenses, including food cost, COGS, labor cost, and procurement.

Ensure all expenditures comply with approved budgets and company financial policies.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent unnecessary spending or financial leakages.

Prepare cost reports and provide financial insights to management.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments to improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

Experienced in monitoring food cost, COGS, labor cost, and operational expenses.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
