PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Cost Control Analyst to monitor stock mutations, review COGS movements, and ensure adherence to cost-control policies across stores and warehouses.

The role focuses on data management, budgeting, and preparing weekly and monthly reports, with English fluency required for external communications and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in same level related field preferred.
• Must have spoken and written in English.
• Excellent data management and data analysis skills.
• Understanding cost control, budgeting, and accounting program.

Responsabilités

• Monitor stock mutations at outlets and warehouses and coordinate related issues.
• Review movement and analysis of cost of goods sold (%)
• Monitor inventory price movements.
• Ensure all departments implement cost control policies.
• Conduct system training for relevant store employees.
• Analyze stock opname results from each store.
• Coordinate with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers for issues.
• Ensure new Product Masters and BOMs are added to the system promptly.
• Generate weekly and monthly cost-control reports and other reports.
• Ensure all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.
• Assist in providing data support for external and internal audits.

• Monitoring stock mutations at outlets and warehouses in the system, and coordinating related issues regarding stock mutations.
• Review the movement of the cost of goods sold (%) and its analysis.
• Monitoring inventory price movements.
• Ensuring that all departments can effectively implement every cost control policy and procedure.
• Conducting system training for relevant store employees.
• Analyzing Stock Opname based on the results of stock opname from each store.
• Coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs for any emerging issues.
• Ensuring that the addition of new Product Masters & new BOMs is correct and added to the system promptly.
• Generating weekly and monthly cost control reports and other reports to support relevant divisions.
• Ensuring all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.
• Assisting in providing necessary data support for both External and Internal Audits

Requirement:
